Roger Xia
President, Founder
Roger is the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of Accord Power, Inc. He oversees the company’s overall operation and manages the finance, marketing, and sales departments.
A visionary entrepreneur, Roger has led solar PV installations since 2009 and founded Accord Power in 2011. He has overseen hundreds of solar PV installations throughout the North East and leads Accord Power with tireless energy, professionalism, and brilliant technical creativity and attention to detail.
Roger has an extensive background in finance and analytics; before his pioneering work in solar, he worked for various global investment banks for over fifteen years. He was most recently a Director at Bear Stearns / J.P. Morgan, providing risk analytics and financial modelling for multi-billion dollar portfolios.
Prior to joining Bear Sterns, he was a VP at Credit Suisse where he managed and developed several valuable risk and information management systems for portfolio managers and proprietary trading desks. He was also a member of the original small group of engineers that created what we know as Lenovo today, the largest computer company in Asia.
Roger holds an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He also holds a BS in Computer Science from Beijing Aeronautics Institute.
Lincoln Xia Ch
Chief Executive Officer
Lincoln Xia is the Chief Executive Officer at Accord Power Inc. He has more than seven years of renewable energy experience and over five years of corporate finance and project management experience.
Lincoln has successfully led the installation of over 100 residential and commercial solar PV systems including two of the firms largest commercial systems built to date. Lincoln has experience working closely with the industry AHJs including NYSERDA and the D.O.B. Lincoln specializes in complex financial transaction structuring and project work stream management.
Prior to joining Accord Power Inc., Lincoln was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Placements in the Industrials Group advising companies in the renewable energy technologies, capital equipment, industrial manufacturing and building products sectors. Some of Lincoln’s Investment Banking clients include: Best Lighting Products, Cascade Windows, Grindmaster-Cecilware Corporation, Pangborn Group, PSL, RollEase and The Food Emporium.
Lincoln received his B.S., cum laude, in finance from Rutgers Business School. Lincoln is a NABCEP certified PV Installation Professional and approved NYSERDA PV Installer. He was also a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative that held the series 79 and series 63 securities industry registrations.
